Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment offers a washing machine, but no dryer. It might be time to invest in a clothes rack.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.
