A 3 minutos de todo tipo de transportes, a 20minutos del centro de la ciudad en metro. Parking de pago a 100metros. Cerca del campus universitario, rodeada de supermercados y servicios, incluido a 3mn de un hospital. Es un barrio tranquilo. Al lado hay un restaurante en el que cocinan ricos manjares y marisco. Cerca hay un gran parque un paseo por la naturaleza siempre es sanador, con un gran polideportivo. Próximo al campo del Barça.
