Spotahome's opinion

The grandiose

Because one day at La Sagrada Familia is not enough

Will I like it here?

That depends.

Are you a people-loving student obsessed with art and architecture? Would you like to live closer to Gaudi's towering masterpiece?

La Dreta de l'Eixample might be the place for you.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love the living room. Make yourself comfortable and take a little break from studying. Relax on the snug couch, or quietly contemplate local life from the covered balcony. Life here moves at your own pace.

We think it’s ideal for architecture majors. Religious or not, La Sagrada Familia is a must see for every future architect out there. It's unlike any other cathedral you've seen before. Surreal.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • The living room is the ultimate hangout spot.
  • The charming decor. The plants add a nice touch.
  • La Sagrada Familia is a 5-minute walk away.

But you need to know this...

  • You'll be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady.
  • The landlady only accepts students in this property.
  • The landlady cleans the room every week, and changes the sheets every 1 to 2 weeks. She also does your laundry for you.

Help me make up my mind…

This is a neat 4th floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Provença, Barcelona. It has a cosy living room, elegant decor, and La Sagrada Familia is just a short stroll away.

This apartment is perfect for bohemian students. La Dreta de l'Eixample is ready for all your weekend adventures. Make new friends and explore the city from a choice location.

What we liked the most

  • Lounging in the living room – drinks, anyone?
  • Soaking up the decor – minimalism is in.
  • Visiting Sagrada Familia – a moving experience

Things to keep in mind
