Casa Bonita is a modern, newly decorated apartment located in the central area, five mins to Sagrada familia and famous Av.Gaudi walking street, downstairs are full of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It's in a very safe and convenient neighbourhood with gyms, metros, buses. The private room for rent has a cozy doube bed, bathroom and a spacious living room and kitchen area, the wifi is super fast. There are three luxurious room with two bathrooms, each room allow one person stay, no smokers, no pets, the roommate must respect eachother's privacy and space.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
