House rules

Landlord policies

  • Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card
  • Tenants aged 18-39 years old only.
  • Rooms with couples allowed: €50 supplement per month
  • Weekly cleaning fee included in rent (room shared apartments only)
  • Deposit:
    • Fixed amount of 500 EUR for rooms, 1 month's rent for whole apartments. If all the months of the booking (rooms) have a lower rent than 500 EUR, the deposit will be the equivalent to one month's rent.
  • Admin fee:
    • NO Admin fee charge for bookings with check-out up to August 31st.
    • Bookings (room shared apartments) with check-out from September 1st onward, 99 EUR payable to the landlord before the check-in.
  • Admin fee includes:
    • Legal contract.
    • Possibility of extending the contract.
    • Possibility to move to another room from the landlord's portfolio.
    • Maintenance of the apartment.
    • Bed-linen, towel, pillow and duvet included.
    • 24h / 7 days phone number to call for emergency and assistance.
    • Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.
  • Check-in/out info:
    • From Monday to Friday.
    • Weekends: NOT AVAILABLE (exceptions may apply, please get in touch with the LL).
    • You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival
    • Check-in/out hours: 13:00 - 17:00 (at the landlord's office)
  • Out of hours check-in:
    • 10:00 - 12:00 (subject to availability)
    • 17:00 - 21:00: €30 (at the landlord's office)
    • After 21:00: upon request - a higher fee will apply
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, German.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.

Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
