  • Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.)

  • Tenant conditions:
    • Maximum permitted tenant age: 30
    • Couples are NOT allowed
  • Check-in/out:
    • Monday -Friday ONLY: 10:00 - 18:00
    • Out of hours check-in: 10€
  • Bookings:
    • The Landlord only accepts bookings when the move-in date is within 50 days of the booking
    • Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
    • Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • This landlord won't charge any administrative fees for check-ins between May and August 2020.
