You will love the spacious balcony. It is accessible from both the living room and kitchen, and stretches around two sides of the apartment. And, since it's on the seventh floor, you get a good view of the neighbourhood.

We think it’s ideal if you’re looking for a residential area that is full of life. You can take the bus to the beach in 2o minutes, or walk 10 minutes to the Glòries shopping centre and the Clot Market.

  • There was some scaffolding up around the building when we visited, so the view was a tiny bit obstructed.

This is a furnished 7th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, Barcelona. You'll be staying with a live-in landlord, and can enjoy a spacious living room, and a balcony with awesome views.

This property is ideal if you’re looking for a lively neighbourhood with lots to see and do. Head out to Clot Market for your weekly shop, and take the bus out to the beach. You're well-connected to the city centre too.

What we liked the most

  • Watching the world go by from the balcony — kick back and relax.
  • Cosying up with a movie in the living room — grab a blanket, some popcorn, and enjoy.
  • Visiting Clot Market — get all the best fresh produce, meats and seafood.
