- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Landlord policies
- Important information: In order to check-in you need to fill in the form sent to you by the landlord and pay the deposit to the landlord 48 hours before check-in. Without these two conditions the tenant will not be contacted by our team to coordinate the check-in and your booking may be cancelled.
- All transfers from bank accounts outside the EU will be charged an additional fee of €20 due to bank charges for international transactions.
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. It is not possible to check in earlier or later.
- No check-ins during weekends.
- Your booking request will only be accepted if you are between 23 & 40 years of age.
- The booking must be made in the name of the person entering the room.
- Maximum occupancy: 1 person per room
- Couples allowed: €200 extra per month
- Payment method: bank transfer
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
- Cleaning service included once per week.
- The landlord offers registration for an additional €150 administration fee

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
