Rooms for rent in 7-bedroom apartment in Barcelona

• Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card
• Tenants aged 18-39 years old only (except for whole apartments, which does not have maximum age).
• Rooms with couples allowed: €75 supplement per month
• Weekly cleaning fee included in rent (room shared apartments only)
• Deposit:
  • Fixed amount of 500 EUR for rooms, 1 month's rent for whole apartments.
• Admin fee:
  • 150 EUR + VAT.
• Admin fee includes:
  • Legal contract.
  • Possibility of extending the contract.
  • Possibility to move to another room from the landlord's portfolio.
  • Maintenance of the apartment.
  • Bed-linen, towel, pillow and duvet included.
  • 24h / 7 days phone number to call for emergency and assistance.
  • Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.
• Check-in/out info:
  • From Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends: NOT AVAILABLE (exceptions may apply, please get in touch with the LL).
  • You must contact the landlord at least 30 minutes before arrival
  • Check-in/out hours: 13:00 - 17:00 (at the landlord's office)
• Out of hours check-in:
  • 10:00 - 12:00 (subject to availability)
  • 17:00 - 21:00: €30 (at the landlord's office)
  • After 21:00: upon request - a higher fee will apply
• For census registration (empadronamiento) we need:
  • To have confirmation that you are a student, scholarship holder or hired worker (document proving this is required).
  • Minimum stay of 6 months (from the moment of the application for registration).
  • Payment of the last month's rent in advance.
• Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, German.
• Your landlord does not live on the property.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Bookings with check-in date from September 2022 onward will have this conditions:

• Prices (general):
  • The summer prices shown apply only for 2022. Summer 2023 prices will be the same as of September.
• Rooms:
  • Agency fees 175 EUR (1 person)--- 250 EUR (2 persons).
  • 100 EUR supplement for couples in double rooms where couples are accepted.
  • 500 EUR deposit
  • After September 4 months minimum stay, during the summer (June to August) 1 month minimum stay.
  • Expenses included up to a limit of 50 EUR per person
  • Cleaning service included weekly for common areas and biweekly for the rooms.
  • Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit.
• Whole apartments:
  • Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month
  • Deposit of one month's rent.
  • Agency fees 500 EUR.
  • Minimum stay 1 month.
  • Monthly cleaning service included.
  • Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit 75 EUR (per studio), 130 EUR (2 rooms) 150 EUR (3 rooms).
