Description

A cute and charming 90 sqm apartment with two bedrooms available to rent separately. This apartment boasts of a fantastic location, a short walk away from Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia and close to transport links. This is a fantastic base to explore the city!

As you enter this apartment, you will find a hallway with the living area located straight ahead. Bedroom 2 is adjoining the living area. This part of the house is exterior and gets lots of sun. To the right hand side of the front door, you will find another corridor providing access to the interior part of the apartment, where you will find the kitchen, the second bedroom and the bathroom.

This charming apartment is a real find. The living area is absolutely gorgeous. Good quality and modern furniture has been carefully picked and kept to the minimum to create a comfortable and spacious open plan living/dining area. Furniture includes a dining table with four chairs, a black table with a flat screen TV, three armchairs and a lamp. This room gets lots of natural light through some big windows, which have really nice views over the lush street.

The nicest feature of this house is the sunny shared balcony, which also has beautiful views over the street. You will love spending time in this outdoor space.

Both bedrooms have a lock on the entrance door to secure your belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a sink with a mirror above.

In the beautifully white kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including pots, pans and other utensils. Dinnerware, glasses and cutlery are also provided. Appliances include a fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas stove, extractor fan and oven. There is also a single sink and a window looking into a light-well.

Transportation

Reaching the city centre from this apartment is simple. There are at least three metro stations a short walk away – Monumental (L2), Glòries (L1) and Sagrada Familia (L2). You can be at Plaça Universitat in about 10 minutes and get to the Ramblas in approx. 20 minutes.

Neighborhood information

Situated in the tranquil Sagrada Familia neighbourhood, a central location that is away from excessively touristy areas and very well connected with excellent transport links. The Sagrada Familia is considered as a neighbourhood in itself, although it is technically part of Eixample. This barrio is not only home to the magnificent Sagrada Familia, but you will also find other architectural wonders such as Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. When you need a break from admiring the fabulous modernista architecture, you can stop at one of the many typical Catalan tapas bars, cafés and restaurants, considered some of the finest in Barcelona.
