A cute and charming 90 sqm apartment with two bedrooms available to rent separately. This apartment boasts of a fantastic location, a short walk away from Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia and close to transport links. This is a fantastic base to explore the city!

As you enter this apartment, you will find a hallway with the living area located straight ahead. Bedroom 2 is adjoining the living area. This part of the house is exterior and gets lots of sun. To the right hand side of the front door, you will find another corridor providing access to the interior part of the apartment, where you will find the kitchen, the second bedroom and the bathroom.

This charming apartment is a real find. The living area is absolutely gorgeous. Good quality and modern furniture has been carefully picked and kept to the minimum to create a comfortable and spacious open plan living/dining area. Furniture includes a dining table with four chairs, a black table with a flat screen TV, three armchairs and a lamp. This room gets lots of natural light through some big windows, which have really nice views over the lush street.

The nicest feature of this house is the sunny shared balcony, which also has beautiful views over the street. You will love spending time in this outdoor space.

Bedroom one is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, a bed side table with drawers and a desk with a chair. In one of the walls you will find a handy cork-board you can use to pin important information. There is a window overlooking an internal community area from where you can access the ropes to dry your washing.

Bedroom two is lovely and very sunny. It has twin beds, a desk with two chairs, a chest of drawers, two cork-boards and a wardrobe. This room has the added advantage of having direct access to the shared balcony.

Both bedrooms have a lock on the entrance door to secure your belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a sink with a mirror above.

In the beautifully white kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, including pots, pans and other utensils. Dinnerware, glasses and cutlery are also provided. Appliances include a fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas stove, extractor fan and oven. There is also a single sink and a window looking into a light-well.
