Lovely, private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom 60-square meter flat in great Barcelona location. Spacious living area, hardwood floors and private bedrooms with all utilities (electricity, water, heat, Wi-Fi) included.

After entering the apartment there is a hallway to the right, which leads to the kitchen, bathroom and first bedroom. Straight ahead of the front entrance is the living room, which is spacious with a couch, TV, large bookshelf, chair, and a dining nook. Living area is bright with lots of windows overlooking a first-floor terrace. Through the living room a door leads to a small balcony where there is a space to hang clothes to dry. To the right of the living room is the second bedroom, which contains two single beds, a bedside table, a large 3-door wardrobe and a window that overlooks the balcony.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, electric stove, oven, microwave, double sink, and refrigerator. At the moment of our visit, there was a dent on the kitchen door which the landlord said that was going to repair. There is plenty of storage space and the kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking supplies. The first bedroom has a single bed, a desk, a 2-door wardrobe and a window facing the interior patio. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower.

The living area has a couch, TV, chair, large bookcase, and a dining nook with a wooden dining table and four chairs. The second bedroom contains two single beds, a bedside table and a 3-door wardrobe, with a window that lets in plenty of light overlooking the balcony.

One month security deposit required. Rent can be paid by cash, brank transfer or credit card. Landlord speaks English. . Weekly common areas cleaning service and maintenance are included.

*Weekly cleaning services of the common areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and balcony. *Maintenance Service: between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, week days. It is a full maintenance service for the proper function of the installations, repair of appliances, water heater, etc. All issues are processed at the Landlord's headquarters *Emergency Service, seven days a week. This service is for serious incidents that may occur outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00) and / or during the weekends. *WIFI/INTERNET & TV with TDT (Digital channels). This includes maintenance services and technical assistance for the internet, both remote and onsite, coordinated from the main office. The apartments are also equipped with a TV with TDT which is located in the shared living room of the apartment.
