Five bedrooms available for rent separately in a comfortable apartment with two bathrooms. You will love living in picturesque Eixample neighborhood, where you are never too far away from a cool bar or tasty tapas bar. The total floor area is 95 sqm.

As you enter the apartment, you will step into an entrance hall, with bedroom one located to the right. Straight ahead of you there will be another hallway, providing access to bedrooms 2 & 4 and one bathroom. If you turn towards the left of the apartment after entering the flat, you will find a corridor providing access to bedroom 5 and the kitchen to the right hand side. At the end of the corridor is the living room with bedroom 3 adjoining it.

As you walk past the front door, you will step into the hallway, which is equipped with a bookcase, a notice board and a mirror.

Five well equipped bedrooms are available for rent separately. All rooms have individual gas heaters and for extra security a lock to secure each room individually.

Bedroom 1 is exterior and great for couples or friends travelling together, equipped with twin beds, a desk with a chair, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is also exterior and is furnished with a double bed, a desk with a chair, a chest of drawers and a window with interior/exterior views. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a desk with a chair, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It also has the added benefits of having its own TV and a private balcony overlooking the street. Bedroom 4 is equipped with a single bed, a desk with a chair and a reading lamp, some shelves and a bedside table with two drawers. There is a window overlooking a light well.

There are two bathrooms in this apartment. A larger one which has funky retro style tiles, a bathtub with a shower above, a bidet, a toilet and a sink with a mirror above. The smaller bathroom has a toilet. Both have windows.

The older style kitchen is fully functional and is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, including dinnerware, cooking utensils, an electric stove, oven, microwave and a fridge. There is also a washing machine, a sink to do your dishes, plenty of storage space and a window overlooking a light well.

The living area is spacious and nicely decorated with modern furniture including a cozy orange couch, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a flat screen TV placed on top of a small table. There are some large windows that let in lots of natural light, making the room nice and bright, even though it is interior.

Located on the second floor. The building is equipped with an elevator and there is a doorman working on site. Natural gas heaters available throughout the apartment and the water heater also operates on gas. The Wi-Fi connection is already set up.
