Bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have access to personal balconies, a great amenity to have, as they allow for great views of the surrounding area. The floor area of this comfortable flat is 110 m². The kitchen is fully equipped with any amenity one would need in order to cook a delicious meal.

What we liked the most

  • Several of the rooms are equipped with balconies.
  • The location of the flat is great, very close to the city center of Barcelona.
  • The shared bathroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub.
  • The apartment is only a 7 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia.
  • The Monumental English School is a 5 minute walk from the flat.
  • Parc de l'Estació del Nord is just a 10 minute walk, great for those that love the outdoors.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is one full bathroom that will be shared among the 4 rooms, and one toilet room.
  • Please note that the room 2 is misidentified in the video as room 3.

The property is a short walk to La Sagrada Familia, which is also home to Sagrada Familia metro station (L2 and L5). Several other metro stations can also be found close to the apartment, which include Monumental (L2), a few minutes away, and Arc de Triomf station, which is a 10 minute walk and has access to metro L1 and trains R1, R2, and R4.
