This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, cleaning and an usage of up to 80 euros of utilities (water, electricity and Wi-Fi). The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or in the terrace.
Plaza Espanya is located five minutes away from the apartment, with access to train lines R5, R6, R50, R60, S4, S8, S33 and metro lines L1, L3 and L8.
The English speaking landlords live on the property and require one month rent as a deposit. Smoking is permitted but pets are not allowed. Rent should be paid by cash. Females tenants are preferred. Poble Sec: Meaning "dry village" in Catalan, this area was ironically the city’s natural port over many centuries. Since it was located outside the original city walls, it became a fishing village with a melting pot of people. While Poble Sec is mainly residential today, you'll find a dynamic crowd at Sala Apolo or El Molino, built as a replica of the famous Moulin Rouge.
