Two single rooms are available for rent in a three bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The third room is occupied by the landlords, a friendly young couple and their cat. This comfy apartment is very well-equipped and offers a very clean and tidy living space. Shared rooms include a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and a sunny terrace. This exterior home is located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes street, in the neighborhood of Poble Sec, a picturesque residential area very well-communicated to the rest of the city by public transport.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, cleaning and an usage of up to 80 euros of utilities (water, electricity and Wi-Fi). The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or in the terrace.

What we liked the most

  • The sunny living area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a TV, making it a great room for relaxing with your roommates at the end of a busy day.
  • Alternatively, you can hang out in the huge terrace, where you will find a comfy sofa, a coffee table and some chairs, allowing you to make the most of this lovely outdoor space.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a good range of appliances and cooking utensils, and offers good storage space.
  • There is a handy gallery adjacent to the kitchen where you can keep your suitcases or other items you don't need to keep with you in your room.

Things to keep in mind

  • Both bedrooms are interior. Bedroom 1 has a window overlooking an interior patio, and bedroom 2 has an internal window overlooking the kitchen.
  • Bedroom 2 doesn't have a wardrobe.

The English speaking landlords live on the property and require one month rent as a deposit. Smoking is permitted but pets are not allowed. Rent should be paid by cash. Females tenants are preferred.
