This stylish 65 m² 4-bedroom apartment has three single rooms and one double room for rent individually. Each room has been thoughtfully equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay, and shared amenities in the apartment include a kitchen, a living area and one bathroom. This interior apartment is located on Carrer de Lancaster, in the neighborhood of El Raval, within walking distance to both La Rambla de Catalunya and the Rambla of El Raval. Other attractions in the area include the Mercado de La Boqueria, the quirky wax museum and the city's lively waterfront district.

This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which isn't equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. Wi-Fi is installed. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or in the balcony.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently renovated and offers a modern and elegant living environment.
  • The sunny living area is ideally set up to be a room where you can relax or share a meal with your roommates. It opens up to a lovely balcony, from where you can see the lively streets of El Raval.
  • There is a washing machine and you can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment or use the rack that is fitted over the balcony.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building doesn't have an elevator.
  • Please note that the video incorrectly labels Room 2 as Bedroom 3. Room 2 is exterior and accessible from the living room, while Room 3 is interior and located along the hallway. Please consult the floorplan for clarification.
  • Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.
  • The TV seen in the photos and video is no longer available to the tenants.
