This 55 m², 2-bedroom apartment has 2 rooms available to rent in the El Raval neighborhood. In the living area there is a dining table for 4, allowing you to get the whole flat together for a shared meal, which you can cook in the ample kitchen. There is 1 shared bathroom, and this interior home comes with a washing machine and electric heaters to warm you up in winter.

It is located on Carrer de la Lluna, in the neighborhood of El Raval, within walking distance to some important landmarks such as the University of Barcelona, the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona and the Mercado de La Boqueria. Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of the most important avenues in town, is only 6-minutes away by foot.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has elegant tiled floors throughout, making this an easy-to-clean home.
  • Both bedrooms offer good storage space, allowing all occupants to comfortably organise their personal items.
  • In the kitchen you will find a stove and a varied stock of cooking utensils and dinnerware.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment does not come with a TV.
  • Although cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.

House rules

Landlord policies

  • Deposit will be refunded 45 days after check-out via bank transfer
  • Your payment made with Spotahome will be considered as your first month's rent
  • Payment method: cash, bank transfer
  • Overnight guests: not permitted
  • Occupancy rules:
    • 1 person per room
    • Monthly bills per tenant = 75 EUR, not included in rent.
    • Admin fee 50€
    • Tenants between 18-35 years old only.
    • Monthly cleaning of the common areas is included in price

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
