What we liked the most

  • What's not to love?? Our favorite aspect is the gigantic duplex-style living room; there's a wooden dining table with 8 chairs, L-shaped sofa that faces a big flat-screen TV, and a lounge upstairs where tenants can get to know their fellow roommates.
  • The central location of this flat allows tenants to enjoy everything Barcelona has to offer, whether it be its historical roots or world-famous bar scene!
  • If having a duplex living room wasn't enough, there's an interior patio furnished with patio furniture, enormous umbrella, and even a hammock. The landlord really thought of everything!
  • The kitchen is HUGE! It has endless storage space and enough room for all 7 tenants to cook a meal together. There's a dishwasher, so no one will need to worry about doing the dishes after dinner.
  • There are common storage areas where tenants can store their extra belongings.
  • Some of the rooms have exterior-facing balconies that have beautiful views of the typical streets of Barcelona.

Things to keep in mind

  • Some of the rooms only have windows that opens to the hallway.
  • The laundry room is accessible via the patio.
