What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and bedrooms 3 to 6 enjoy of amazing panoramic views over the city. Bedrooms 5 and 6 also share their own sunny balcony.
  • All bedrooms are fully furnished and feature their own independent access keys, allowing you to secure the room as you go to sleep or leave the house.
  • The small but comfortable living area is furnished with 2 armchairs and a dining table.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine and a rack to dry your washing outside.
  • The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including an oven, a stove and a varied supply of crockery, pots, pans and other cooking utensils. There are also 2 fridges, providing plenty of space for all occupants to store their fresh food items.
  • There is central heating throughout the apartment, so both the common areas and bedrooms will be warm during winter.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are only 2 bathrooms to be shared by all occupants. One of them is a bit larger and offers a storage cabinet.
  • The apartment is located facing a busy street, but being high up on the 5th floors mitigates some of the noise. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are more silent as they face a courtyard rather than the street.
  • There is no TV in the apartment.
