Rooms for rent in a 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in L'Eixample Dreta. This sunny apartment features beautiful fifth floor views of the surrounding area and the shared areas include the bathrooms, kitchen, and the living room with access to the laundry area. The kitchen is modern and comes with an oven and stove. The rooms would be ideal for those looking for a lively shared flat in the center of Barcelona.

L'Eixample Dret is a well-connected, central area with everything from shops, monuments, and culture all within walking distance. Interesting things to do; visit museums around such as Picasso museum.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and bedrooms 3 to 6 enjoy of amazing panoramic views over the city. Bedrooms 5 and 6 also share their own sunny balcony.
  • All bedrooms are fully furnished and feature their own independent access keys, allowing you to secure the room as you go to sleep or leave the house.
  • The small but comfortable living area is furnished with 2 armchairs and a dining table.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine and a rack to dry your washing outside.
  • The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including an oven, a stove and a varied supply of crockery, pots, pans and other cooking utensils. There are also 2 fridges, providing plenty of space for all occupants to store their fresh food items.
  • There is central heating throughout the apartment, so both the common areas and bedrooms will be warm during winter.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are only 2 bathrooms to be shared by all occupants. One of them is a bit larger and offers a storage cabinet.
  • The apartment is located in the 6th floor, allowing plenty of light to come into the apartment. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are more silent as they face a courtyard rather than the street.
  • There is no TV in the apartment.
  • The kitchen must be clean, there is a camera pointing glass-ceramic cooker and the sink
