This huge 7-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent, to females only. Each room is fully furnished, including a desk and a wardrobe. This modern interior apartment has been recently renovated, and offers a clean and clutter-free living space. Common areas include a living area, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Muntaner, in the upscale neighbrhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, very close to public transport and Avenida Diagonal. With a floor area of 200 m², this spacious home offers plenty of space to move around, and is ideal for those looking to share a home with people from all over the world!

What we liked the most

  • The living area is chic and elegant, furnished with a dining table, a TV and 2 sofas.
  • The large kitchen has a big window, and comes equipped with all you need for cooking, including an electric stove, an oven, a microwave and cooking accessories.
  • There are 2 fridges, providing plenty of space for everyone to store their food.
  • Each room has a lockable door, allowing you to secure your personal items as you leave the house.
  • There are 2 bathrooms and a toilet to be shared by all rooms.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 3-5 are interior, but have windows overlooking an interior patio.

    • Once the booking is accepted, tenants will have to fulfill a form and sent to landlord all the documentation required for the contract within 3 days after the booking confirmation.

    • Monday_Friday, 19:00–22:00: €30 + VAT
    • Weekends and Bank Holidays, 16:00–19:00: €50 + VAT.
    • Weekends and Bank Holidays, 19:00–22:00: €80 + VAT.
    • Any other time: check-in not available
  • Booking policy:
    • If the tenant wishes to extend the contract, the landlord needs to be notified at least 30 days in advance.
    • The landlord will not accept booking requests made more than 60 days before the move-in date
    • Example: if the tenant wishes to make a booking from January 1st 2018, he will have to wait until November 1st 2017.
  • ADMIN FEE (currently 393,25 EUR, VAT included) includes:
    • Legal contract
    • Guided check-in tour
    • Possibility of choosing another room from the Landlord's portfolio
    • Possibility of extending the contract
    • Tenant support in case of doubts, cleaning, counselling and general aspects
