This spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The ample living room provides tenants with a small workspace or the option to kick back and watch some TV.

There are various chic bars and restaurants in the area, and the apartment is close to many of the historical and cultural sights for which Barcelona is known. The beach is also not that far and easily accessible by public transportation. The area of the apartment is 100 square metres.
