  • The apartment is tidy and well equipped without any clutter, making it easy to move around in.

  • The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.
  • L'Eixample is a culturally ripe neighborhood with Modernist marvels such as Casa Batllo and Casa Lleo Morera. Tenants will be immersed in Catalan culture from day one.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although the kitchen is not very big, it is equipped with everything you will need for cooking.
  • While you will be sharing the common area with the landlady, she is a friendly woman who speaks both English and French.
