This tidy 3 bedroom apartment located on Calle Valencia in the L'Eixample neighborhood is within walking distance of nearby parks, cafes, and public transport. Its location makes it perfect for any working students or professionals looking to live in Barcelona. Two of the rooms are for rent individually while the third is occupied by the landlady. The 90 sqm apartment has 1 bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a patio where you will find a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, all of which are shared with the landlady. The apartment is nicely decorated and filled with plenty of natural light, giving it a bright friendly feel.

What we liked the most

  • Both rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, heating unit, and desk.
  • The apartment is tidy and well equipped without any clutter, making it easy to move around in.
  • The living area is furnished with a dining table, couch, and TV.
  • The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.
  • L'Eixample is a culturally ripe neighborhood with Modernist marvels such as Casa Batllo and Casa Lleo Morera. Tenants will be immersed in Catalan culture from day one.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although the kitchen is not very big, it is equipped with everything you will need for cooking.
  • While you will be sharing the common area with the landlady, she is a friendly woman who speaks both English and French.
