Three comfortable bedrooms are available for rent in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, located on Avenida Meridiana in a Northern neighbourhood of Sant Andreu. Each bedroom for rent is fully furnished, perfect for students and couples who wish to reside in a calm neighbourhood with easy access to the city centre. The couple friendly apartment has a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful living room. The tenants will also have access to a shared bathroom, equipped with a shower. All utility bills, including weekly cleaning services, are included in the rent. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
