This shared 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 bedrooms available to rent, is a fantastic opportunity for students or young professionals looking to live in the heart of Barcelona. It is located in the popular L’Eixample neighborhood, very close to the famous Sagrada Familia and within walking distance of several metro stops. The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, supermarkets, and several beautiful parks are also nearby. At 72 sqm it features a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and lots of storage. The bright and comfortable living room has high ceilings, a sofa, dining table, and television. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
What we liked the most
- Carrer de Padilla is very centrally located and a great place to live if you are looking to get to know downtown Barcelona.
- This apartment has great amenities like an oven and a washing machine, which can be hard to come by in the city.
- The price is very reasonable considering the apartment's size, location, and amenities. It is a great option for students.
- Wi-Fi is already installed and activated in the property!
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord does live on the property, so any issues you have with the apartment can be quickly resolved.
- There is only one bathroom to share, however it is quite spacious.
- The accommodation is only suitable for students.
- Only women accepted.
