This studio apartment in Clot is 27 m² and has a double bed, equipped kitchen, dining table and a bathroom. The bright apartment gets excellent sunlight and has beautiful wooden floors throughout.

Home to the Mercat dels Encants flea markets and the stunning Torre Agbar skyscraper, Clot is an exciting neighbourhood with lots to explore. The area is well connected to the city centre, and there are multiple beaches to enjoy accessible by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The sofa can be converted into a bed, perfect for having guests over.
  • The apartment comes with a double bed, and the sleeping area can be closed off on one side for extra privacy.
  • There is a large wardrobe for storing your belongings.
  • This apartment has a spacious terrace.
  • The kitchen is sleek and modern.
  • There are several parks in the area, including Parc del Guinardó.
