What we liked the most

  • The best feature of this apartment is the beautiful terrace, equipped with a table with two chairs and two outdoor armchairs. This lovely outdoor space overlooks the stunning Basilic Santa Maria del Mar, one the city's premier gothic buildings. You can never get tired of sitting back and admiring the breathtaking beauty of this building.
  • This apartment is brand new and offers a fully tiled modern bathroom and a comfortable kitchen equipped with a good selection of appliances including a washing machine, a coffee machine, an electric stove with two elements and a microwave.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is small but makes very good use of the existing space. The sofa bed can be put away during the day to create a comfortable living area and the dining table can be extended when you are having dinner or be reduced in size while not in use.
  • The owner of this apartment owns several studio apartments within the building with the same layout and design.
