This 62 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the upscale Steglitz-Zehlendorf district. On the 1st floor, the apartment has a combined living room and kitchen with a wall covered in windows that leads to a charming terrace. There is a spacious bedroom with a standalone wardrobe and a large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment is on the residential and open Curtiusstraße. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby as well as an S1, S-bahn station. The location is ideal for students, with Freie Universität less than a 10-minute bus ride away.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is the perfect place to sit and read or to hang out with friends.
- Berlin gets cold, but luckily you'll have underfloor heating!
- The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
- Long week? You have a large bathtub to relax in.
- You are well-connected by bus and the S-bahn commuter train.
