Overview

The One For Wellness

Because it's time to look after yourself.

Will I like it here?

Depends. Would you rather wake up on Saturday morning well-rested and ready for the weekend? Would you rather start Monday feeling relaxed and refreshed after relaxing break in your peaceful suburban home? Then keep reading.

Really? Tell me more...

You can expect laidback communal living in this comfortable 2-bedroom property on the outskirts of Berlin. It is well-equipped and cosy and even has the bonus of a balcony for some added outdoor space.

We think this property would suit quiet-loving individuals who prefer a night in with a movie or good book to contending with the crowds in the bars and clubs downtown. Enjoy waking up hang-over free and feeling smug.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • That sofa is the epitome of comfort.
  • The bedrooms have plenty of storage for keeping your space neat and tidy.
  • A dishwasher saves you time and energy.

But you need to know this...

  • There's no clothes dryer so maybe invest in a rack?

Your Home-checker, Valentina, said:

“there's an affordable supermarket about a 5-minute walk away...from here you can quite quickly get to Alexanderplatz...it takes about 20 minutes by train..."

Help me make up my mind...

This is a 4th-floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Torgauer Straße outside central Berlin. It has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, and two cosy twin bedrooms, each with a desk.

It is perfect for those who want somewhere affordable and laidback. Although this is outside of the city centre, there are still plenty of shops nearby including a bakery and supermarket.
