This 85 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is a beautifully decorated home in central Mitte. There are lovely wooden floorboards throughout, colorful walls, and stylish decor. There is a double-room living room, one of which can be used as a study, with big windows that keep it bright and fresh. There is an elegant bathroom with a soaking tub and plants, and a bright and cozy bedroom.
On Wöhlertstraße, you are tucked away on a quiet street but have all the benefits of living in the city center. You have several small parks nearby, cafes, restaurants, and a few art galleries. At nearby Friedrichstadtpalast, you can also find great bargain at the the Mauerpark flea market or the Hackescher Markt.
