This charming 59 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Prenzlauer Berg has beautiful wood flooring and big windows that fill it with natural light. The largest room is the bedroom with a double bed and large standalone wardrobe. The living room is cozy with an L-shaped couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, and opens up onto a balcony. The kitchen has a beautiful white and wood decor, fully equipped and with a dining table creating another cozy space.
Prenzlauer Berg is a more residential area of Berlin but very well-connected. On Gudvanger Straßse, you are very well-connected by all methods of public transport and can reach the city center in under 15 minutes. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets near by. You will find the S-bahn and U-bahn station within a short walking distance, you also have a shopping center – convenient!
