The apartment has a lovely entrance hall with a chandelier and here you’ll find a tumble dryer tucked away behind a curtain. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a large stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and washing machine. Also, if you want to do more than one load at once, you can use the laundry mat that is available in the building. Moving on, you will find a beautiful modern bathroom with gorgeous tiles. For your convenience, you’ll find a toilet, bathtub and shower, sink, and towel heater. Across the hallway, you’ll find the master bedroom with loads of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The large double bed is perfect for one to two people while the desk is perfect for studying or getting work done. Next to the desk, you will have access to the balcony, which is lovely for sunny days with its table and two chairs. It overlooks a lovely green space that surrounds the building. Finally, the living room, which is also connected to the balcony, is spacious and nicely decorated. With more storage units, the room is also furnished with a couch, a flatscreen TV, dining table, and a bookshelf. Although they aren’t allocated spaces, private parking spaces are included in the building’s lot. There is also bicycle storage available.

Mitte is a lovely and quaint part of town that is right next to the River Spree. Slightly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the center of Berlin, there is still plenty to do here. Besides the lovely garden within your building, you’ll enjoy spending afternoons at nearby Englischer Garten, your neighborhood park. While at the park, check out Café Viktoria for a nice cup of joe, a local favorite. Supermarkets nearby include REWE City.

  • We love the location and how its so close to Tiergarten and other green spaces.
  • The balcony with its table and chairs is absolutely lovely.
  • Homechecker Claus loved how its a bit off the street, making it very relaxing and quiet.
  • The building is located in a garden, yet in the middle of the city!
