This beautifully designed apartment has a living area with a TV, a large comfy couch, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances. The modern bathroom features marble walls and a large shower. In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed, a desk, and plenty of space to store your things.
In terms of location, it doesn't get much better than this. Right around the corner, you'll find the Landwehr Canal that's lined with park space, perfect for spending an afternoon relaxing outdoors. The surrounding blocks are full of funky restaurants, bars, museums, and art-house cinemas. And the Fichtebunker is nearby, too. It's a 19th-century gasometer turned air-raid shelter with plenty of history and guided tours available.

- The living and dining area is very tastefully decorated.
- There's plenty of seating and couch space in the apartment, perfect for having friends over.
- While you're still in the middle of the action in Berlin, the area surrounding this apartment is calm and peaceful.
