The simple-but-chic apartment in Lichtenberg

Because you want to live in a private apartment with all the social benefits of a cool urban-living space – in one of Berlin’s most diverse neighbourhoods.

What's so cool about coliving?...

Coliving is a new concept in renting. Rather than live alone, you rent in a building with like-minded peers. You live together, share experiences, and help each other. It’s about building community and putting people first.

Living here, you’ll get to meet people from all over the world. People with different stories, original perspectives, and shared values. You'll make friends, learn surprising lessons, and love the experience. And you get everything you need in one place:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Easy monthly payments using an online payment portal
  • Weekly cleaning (private and communal spaces)
  • Community manager and support team to advise and inform you about events and things to do in Berlin

  • Get to know the co-livers renting other apartments – yoga classes, conferences, and bar nights are all on the agenda

Anything else?

  • Bathrooms: 1
  • Maximum occupancy: 2 people
