A spacious bedroom is available to rent to women in this large duplex apartment on Borkumer Straße in Spandau. The 5th-floor, 120 m², 3-bedroom duplex will be shared with the live-in landlords. There are 2 bathrooms, one for the use of the landlord, and one for the use of yourself and his daughter. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, and you will have good views from the windows. The living room is huge, with a big couch and flat screen TV, and also has access to the balcony. In the living room is the spiral staircase that gives access to the room for rent.

You will be living in a peaceful suburb of the city, close to Old Spandau. Although a suburb, quite close to the city limits, the transportation here is fantastic, so this would be an ideal location for somebody who works or studies in the city, but wants to come home to somewhere more peaceful and quiet. Everything you need for day-to-day life can be found nearby, with a shopping centre just around the cornet, and Old Spandau nearby full of shops and cafes.
