This beautiful property is a 2-bedroom annexe, spread over 2 floors, and measuring 86 m². We're certain you'll love it, with its modern, but very homey feel, and spacious rooms. Surrounded by a garden it will be a very peaceful home, and it is well equipped, with everything you'll need to feel at home as soon as you move in. ON the lower floor is the kitchen and dining area, laundry room, storage, and one of the bedrooms, whilst on the upper floor you will find the second bedroom and the spacious living room.

This area of Neukölln is very residential, green, and full of families and large, beautiful houses. The annexe is in the garden of one of these houses on a quiet street called Meldenweg. Nearby there are 2 main roads, along either of which you can find local amenities. There is also a concentration of local shops and a few restaurants about a 5-minute walk away, on Alt-Rudow and Krokusstraße.

What we liked the most

  • We love the big L-shaped couch in the living room – it looks super relaxing.
  • This home would be suitable for anybody. Families with young children. Students looking for somewhere peaceful to study. Or professionals, hoping to escape the hustle and bustle of the city after a long day's work.
  • The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed – ideal for short term guests.
  • There are local shops and restaurants nearby, including a Lidl supermarket less than 10-minute's walk away.
  • This is a lovely green area of the city, full of parks. You are also a short distance from Teltow canal, where you can walk or cycle along the banks enjoying the weather.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although tenants have access to the garden, it does not belong to the house. Tenants are allowed to use on occasion though – to smoke, for example.
  • The oven in the kitchen is portable, rather than fitted. It is quite large, however, and has 2 electric hobs on tob, as well as the 2 built-in hobs already in the kitchen.
