Room to rent in nice 2 bedroom shared apartment

There are rooms for rent in this 2-bedroom apartment on Braunlager Straße, in Neukölln, which has been nicely renovated and has lovely wooden floors. The 55 m² property is equipped with gas heating and has 1 tiled bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that opens out onto a balcony.

The apartment is located in a well-connected area, close to both the S-Bahn and the U-Bahn. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes away, and you will find other shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have a dishwasher or microwave, but it is otherwise well equipped and it has access to the balcony.
  • A couple could rent any of these rooms, but they would need to buy their own bed and keep the single bed in the apartment.
  • There is no drying rack in the apartment, so you will need to buy one.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
