Room to rent in nice 2 bedroom shared apartment

There are rooms for rent in this recently renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Friedrichsbrunner Strasse in Neukölln. The generous 54.62 m² footprint includes a kitchen with new, modern appliances and balcony access.

There is a supermarket only a 5-minute walk away, as well as a couple of restaurants. There is also a pharmacy and gas station nearby. The University am Hegelplatz is less than an hour away by train and bus, or just over 20-minutes driving.

What we liked the most

  • There is parking available at this apartment.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no AC in this apartment.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
