Overview

Entering into this shared 2-bedroom apartment on Bruchsaler Strasse is an L-shaped corridor with one room to the left, and the pantry, bathroom and kitchen located through doors on the right. The other room to rent is around the corner. The pantry and the hall both have shelving for storage. The only shared spaces in the apartment are the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom is super spacious. It has a window and a drying rack for clothes, and also has both a shower stall and a bathtub. You get a bit of natural light from the kitchen window, and the area is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, small fridge and washing machine, as well as a 2-seat dining table.

The Wilmersdorf neighborhood is home to the Berlin University of the Arts, which is a 14-minute public transportation ride. However, the University of Economics and Law is only a 14-minute walk away. In either case, the schools are easy to access from your apartment. Just 3 minutes away, you’ll find some green space, but if you’re looking for a bit of fun at the movies, you can head to Bundesplatz Kino Berlin, which is the same distance in the opposite direction. There are a few restaurants nearby, and you can grab some groceries at the Aldi supermarket and be cooking up a meal within 5 minutes.
