This 2-bedroom apartment with rooms for rent on Granitzstrasse is bright and spacious. The entrance hall has a little storage unit where you can keep some of your shoes. Immediately to the right is the bathroom. A window makes this area quite bright. It’s not a huge space, but it’s modern and has a tub and a heated shower rack. The only other shared space is the kitchen. Again, lots of natural light filters in through the window. It’s a fully-equipped kitchen, and it’s furnished with a bench table. There is a dishwasher and washing machine on the property.

You can get away from it all in Pankow. This neighborhood is full of parks and small green spaces. There is a community garden just down the street. Schloss Park is almost a half-hour walk away. It’s the biggest park nearby, and the Sommerbad Pankow swimming pool is here, too. If you prefer strolling through malls instead of parks, you can head to the Rathaus-Center, which is 25 minutes away. Things are pretty spread out in this residential part of town. However, there are a couple of restaurants and a grocery store within a 10-minute walk.
