This 18 m² room for rent is part of a 2-bedroom apartment located on Bornholmer Str., in Prenzlauer Berg. The room is self-contained and has its own entrance, private bathroom, comfortable double bed, and small equipped kitchenette. The landlords occupy the rest of the apartment, however the tenant is able to remain completely independent by locking the adjoining door. Tenants will have access to a shared laundry.
The property is located in Prenzlauer Berg, a happening spot within easy reach of the city centre. This area on the border of Pankow has plenty of shops, excellent German restaurants, and a good smattering of bars. Public transport is close by too, so getting around is a breeze.

What we liked the most
- The self-contained guest room has a small kitchenette with half-refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster. However, it may be possible for the tenant to use the landlords' kitchen if a suitable arrangement can be made.
- The compact guest room makes excellent use of the limited space, with a bed that can be completely elevated.
- Prenzlauer Berg is an excellent neighbourhood, and you'll be well connected to the rest of Berlin.
- The guest room has a tidy tiled bathroom.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
- The self-contained room has a private entrance.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a door leading to the landlords' side of the apartment, this can be locked, which will keep your room completely private. However, the laundry is located on the landlords' side.
