What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The basement (rooms three, four and adjoining areas) has windows above ground and is freshly renovated. Basement has separate toilet, shower, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge to be shared between two tenants only. They are not supposed to use facilities of other floors of house. Parking and garden can be availed by all tenants of house. Both rooms have office size writing/computer table, single bed, cabinet & sofa. Room four is additionally equipped with beamer, large projection screen & surround sound system. High speed internet & Wifi is included. Radio/TV tax included. Bus stop opposite house.
