This unit includes a very large kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a 6-burner stove. The kitchen is shared with the other 3 apartments on the floor. However, while the other tenants on the ground floor have access to this unit, each room has its own lock and key. The bathroom has a full bathtub and sleek white tiles. Each bedroom has access to a large terrace with a playground.
The nearby Spree River makes a great place for a stroll, with its riverside park space and pedestrian bridge. Across the bridge is a massive expanse of parks that includes two swimming pools and a petting zoo. For all your shopping needs, there's the Zentrum Schöneweide just a short walk away. It includes a grocery store, pharmacy, and numerous clothing stores.
