There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Schnellerstraße in Treptow-Köpenick. You'll find a shared bathroom with a shower over a bath so you can have a relaxing soak after a long day.
Location
The apartment is located on the 1sth floor of a nice building. The apartment has its own Bathroom and nice kitchen. There is also a common space when u enter the apartment. The whole apartment has three rooms in total. The building is equipped with an elevator. 5 minute away from public transports. We have two major supermarkets less than 10 minutes away and free parking in the street.
Flatshare Type
The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, oven and refrigerator. Everybody obviously has to be part of keeping the things and the apartment nice and clean. Cooking together and hanging out together seems to be a no brainer here, if you are looking for it.
Miscellaneous
The area is extraordinarily safe. The whole building belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group if you'd like. years as long as you are a student. Rent includes all utility costs. Deposit is two months rent in advance which you will get it back after you will move out. Registration in Berlin is no problem with the contract given by us.
