This is a modern 1st floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Lauterberger Strauss, Berlin. It's fresh throughout, whether you're hanging in the kitchen or having a soak in the bath.
We think this apartment is perfect for someone looking for somewhere that feels new. The quiet neighbourhood is great too, with the U-Bahn and restaurants nearby.
What we liked the most
- Heading out for a coffee on a Sunday morning – you've got plenty of places to choose from.
- Bonding over a home cooked meal in the kitchen – or maybe take out.
- Popping a bath bomb and pouring a glass of bubbles – it's mid-week soak time.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
