We think it’s ideal for people under the age of 32. Meet new people at social events organized by the landlord. Check out the nightlife. Kreuzberg is a buzzing area.

After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
