The social network

Because I live to meet new people

Will I like it here?

Probably. You’ll really love it if you’re outgoing and social, though. Meet neighbors while washing clothes in the shared laundry room. Socialize in the common lounge.

Really? Tell me more...

You’re in a top-notch building. Your apartment is pretty sweet, too. It’s bright. The decor is modern. It’s a great spot for more intimate gatherings.

We think this area is idea for trend-setters and fashionistas. Friedrichshain is considered one of Berlin's coolest neighbourhoods and has an arty vibe as well as amazing techno night clubs.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Parking is a plus if you hate public transport.
  • The neighborhood – it’s a little punky, a little artsy, and a whole lot of fun.
  • A porter downstairs provides extra security.

But you need to know this...

  • There is no oven, but there is a microwave oven.

Your Home-checker, Juan, said:

“I love this property...if you're looking for a place so stay longer term...and you want more room...and your own kitchen to cook your food rather than spending money eating out...then I think this apartment could be interesting for you..."

Help me make up my mind...

This is a 5th-floor studio apartment on Holteistraße in Berlin. It is modern and bright and offers a great crash pad for someone who wants to live alone in one of Berlin's trendiest neighbourhoods.

It is perfect for those who love to party. Friedrichshain is known for its great nightlife. But it's also got intriguing historic relics from its time as part of East Berlin. Check out Karl-Marx Allee, for example.
