Overview

An amazing ensemble of modern, exquisitely designed buildings

Because you’re a student (or work at the university) – and you want to live with like-minded people in a cool urban-living space – just 1-minute from Potsdam University.

What's so cool about coliving?...

You get to meet new people from all over the world. People with different stories, original perspectives, and shared values. You'll make friends, learn surprising lessons, and love the experience. And you get everything you need in one place:

  • 1 gym
  • 1 common area with study rooms and a lounge area
  • 1 laundry room
  • 1 cinema
  • Endless free Wi-Fi (faster than a fast thing!)
  • 11 kitchens shared by students without a kitchenette in their room...
  • ...And 2 full-time community managers on shift for all your needs.

Anything else?

  • 263 studios for students
  • 60 bikes for rent

Plenty for everyone.

Tell me about the private studio for rent...

You’re gonna love how much life it packs into such a small space.

You've got a cosy sleeping area, a basic kitchenette, and a private bathroom – everything you need to kick back, study, and live in style.

Sure, at 26 m², it's not huge. But you'll find it lovingly designed, simple, and comfortable, each element carefully placed to maximize the space available. Those shelves above the sink? They're also a drying rack for your dinner plates.

All in all, it’s a snug lil' hide-out – your perfect base camp for exploring Potsdam and Berlin.

Can I bring my partner?...

Yes, couples are totally welcome. Just add €200/month to the advertised price.
