The living area is spacious with a single bed, a desk and a dining area. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and stove. The bathroom is large. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the common space. There is a cleaning service every two weeks (14 days). The common space available to tenants includes a lounge, laundry room, and a community kitchen. An outdoor courtyard is also available for your use.

You'll love living in Lichtenberg. Next to two major parks, Fennpfulpark and Stadtpark Lichtenberg, you'll enjoy spending your time outdoors. Plus, public transportation is easy with a tram and bus stop right around the block. There's plenty to do around the apartment, including great restaurants like diePaula, a nice lunch joint.
